Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering rugs from Ruglenza Home, delivered across the UK.

Do you offer free delivery across the UK?

Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote postcodes, please contact us for delivery timescales.

What sizes are available and how do I choose the right rug size?

We stock rugs in a wide range of sizes, from small accent rugs to large statement pieces. For a living room, choose a rug large enough to sit under the front legs of your sofa. For a dining room, allow at least 60 cm of rug beyond each side of the table. Visit our rug size guide for detailed advice.

Are your rugs suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes, most of our rugs are compatible with underfloor heating systems. We recommend rugs with a low to medium pile height and a natural or synthetic backing. We suggest maintaining underfloor heating at a maximum of 27°C beneath the rug. Always check the product page for specific compatibility notes.

How do I clean and care for my rug?

Care depends on the rug type. For washable rugs, machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or 40°C as stated on the label. For traditional pile rugs, regular vacuuming is recommended. For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is advised. Read our full rug cleaning guide for step-by-step advice.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your rug. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas such as hallways and kitchens?

Yes. Flatweave, polypropylene, and washable rugs are particularly well-suited to hallways, kitchens, and entryways due to their durability and easy maintenance. Browse our hallway runners and kitchen rugs collections for suitable options.

Is a rug pad recommended?

Yes. We recommend using a non-slip rug pad underneath all rugs, especially on hard flooring such as wood, laminate, or tile. A rug pad improves safety, prevents bunching, and extends the life of your rug. They are particularly important for lighter rugs on smooth surfaces.

Where are your rugs manufactured?

Ruglenza Home rugs are manufactured in Turkey, one of the world's leading rug-producing countries with over 30 years of textile heritage. Our production facility holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifications, ensuring quality and safety at every stage of production.

How do I stop my new rug from shedding?

Some shedding is completely normal for new rugs, especially those with a shaggy or deep pile. This reduces within the first few weeks of use. Regular vacuuming on a low suction setting (without a beater bar) helps speed up the process. Avoid pulling loose fibres, simply trim them with scissors. For more tips, read our rug care guide.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing for interior designers and businesses?

Yes. We work with interior designers, property developers, and businesses looking for bulk rug orders. Our manufacturing base allows us to offer competitive trade pricing with consistent supply. Please contact our team directly to discuss your requirements.
