At Ruglenza, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information about our shipping and delivery services.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Carriers
We use the following trusted delivery carriers:

- DHL
- Royal Mail
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ruglenzahome.co.uk.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or collection point.
6.2 Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6.3 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage (both the item and the packaging). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. Delivery Signature
Depending on the value and size of your order, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard missed-delivery procedure.
9. International Shipping
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@ruglenzahome.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
