We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Returns

We want you to love your new rug. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your rug within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
